Research activities
As a research scientist, my activities have been extensive and diverse drawing from a scientific background in neuroscience, behavioral psychology, histology, parasitology, virology, structural biology and computational biochemistry. My current focus is investigating how to improve antiviral drugs in the form of nucleotide analogs and gene silencers (small interfering RNAs).
