My research interest is Molecular Virology with main specialization in replication of RNA viruses, specifically Tick-borne encephalitis virus (TBEV). I focus on determining the structure and function of TBEV Non-structural proteins using the approaches of In-cellulo crystallization (crystallization of recombinant proteins in living cells), cell biology, and bioimaging (TEM, fluorescence microscopy, live-cell imaging).
