My scientific background is in reproductive and developmental biology, with extensive experience in fluorescence and confocal microscopy and quantitative image analysis.
My main imaging interests lie in non-invasive and label-free microscopy techniques, including Optical Coherence Microscopy, Quantitative Phase Imaging, holotomography, atomic force spectroscopy, harmonic generation microscopy, Brillouin microscopy, and Raman microscopy.
I am currently undergoing training to establish and support Raman and correlative SEM–EDX–Raman (RISE) workflows within the facility and will serve as the primary contact for Raman-based imaging applications as these services become available.
