Our colleague, doc. Mgr. Hassan Hashimi, Ph.D., was among the 93 newly appointed professors who received their appointment decrees at a ceremonial event held in the Great Hall of the Carolinum on 1 June 2026. The decrees were presented by the President of the Czech Republic, Petr Pavel, in the presence of representatives of the academic community and the Ministry of Education. The title of Professor represents the highest academic rank in the Czech higher education system and recognizes outstanding achievements in research, teaching, and academic leadership. We warmly congratulate Professor Hassan Hashimi on this significant professional milestone and wish him continued success in his scientific and academic career.
