Eko-epidemiologie zejména vektory přenášených zoonotických nákaz (virus klíšťové encefalitidy a jiné flaviviry, hantaviry, spirochéty Lymeské boreliozy...), ekologie vektorů infekčních onemocnění, interakce patogen-vektor-hostitel na buněčné, organizmální, populační úrovni, SARS-CoV-2.
