Culture work (Leishmania ssp, Trypanosoma ssp.), Culture manipulation, Transfection studies, Macrophage infection studies, THP-1 cell cultivation, Peritoneal macrophage cell harvest.
Isolation of amastigotes from spleen/lesion, axenic cultivation of amastigotes
